Jeff,

Even if the pictures match, they are not necessary the same. The design is
like to have been copied several times by different Chinese companies, often
with small improvements but sometimes with cost reductions that went too
far. So in the end it is very hard to know which one is what brand/model.

Sorry, I have not used it for 15 years and I am not setup right now to do
any testing.

The exhaust port you put on confirms yours is the same as the Harbor
Freight/Ebay ones. Out of curiosity would you be able to measure the rpm on
yours? Even at 120psi, mine only produces 33,000 rpm.

Remember that I bought mine at least 15 years ago but it looks the same.

I never measured the RPM but keep in mind that RPM will also depend on air
pressure and lubrication.

I modified the exhaust and air intake to separate the two. The white hose
on the side is the air supply. I put a muffler on the exhaust pipe to keep
the noise down. The slide is from some equipment I disassembled.

Is the drill you used the one sold at Harbor Freight and Ebay for about $25?
If so, I have the same drill and I have two comments on it. First it uses a
lot of air. Second, I measured the rpm and it only does 30,000 when the box
says 56,000. Have you noticed these two things? Also what is the white
tube on the side and where did you obtain the linear slide?
