The Pulsar site states that .062 will work but requires a push on the
board as it goes in and pull as it comes out, otherwise the motor will
not move the board very easily.

I have the H-65 laminator and it handles .062" PCB material ok - by
beveling the edges of PCB material it works just fine.
Without beveling sometimes a tad extra push is required to start the PCB
into rollers, and they will "pop" a bit as the board exits the rollers,
but doesn't seem to hurt anything.
I normally use .032", but do use .062" anything I need extra thick
board, or if that's all I have.
