Subject: [Homebrew_PCBs] DLP Update

I will be finishing this up by next week. I'd like to consolidate all
the data and remove any out of date schematics and pdfs and replace
them with more up to date ones. The schematic is now finalized and
allows for either a simple switch or an optical sensor to be used.
The switch is simpler and is perfectly adequate for single sided
boards, but the sensor is necessary to do double sided ones. The same
software and board is used for both versions - the default is the
sensor, but just hold the switch closed for a few seconds when
powering up the printer to indicate the switch software.
I will be ordering a few parts from Digikey in the few days, so
anyone who wants a board should ask for one now. All the electronic
parts are from Digikey - I will make a BOM available with all parts
required. I can also provide you with a reflective sensor - if you
want one, ask for it now. The sensor is on a little board I had made
several months ago using a cnc router - I'll see if I can find the
Eagle.brd and post it as well, but these boards are really pretty trivial.
I hope to do some ds boards soon and get them online, but my wife
wants to drag me off to the (Jersey) shore for the weekend, so I'm
not sure when I'll get to it.
