Subject: [Homebrew_PCBs] DLP DS registration

I think I've got it about as good as it's going to get without a
complete rebuild of the printer. While I haven't actually flipped a
board and printed on both sides, I have printed the same image twice
on the same side with "reasonable" results. For me, reasonable
results is within a few mils. One thing to consider is if we could
actually measure the registration before etching, we could retry it
till we got it perfect (enough) for the purpose at hand. I think that
can be done by making matching "registration points" on both image
sides. Then print the first side, carefully drill the registration
points, then print the second side. If it doesn't match well enough,
wipe and reprint it. For prototype use, it should work well enough.
Next job is to make a line down the center of the carrier and drill a
small registration hole. It's getting there!
