I have to make a rectangel with a pad inside ,where the hole is 8 mm and the soldermask is 12 mm . I have tried several ways, but the best I can do when I use the default DRC ,as I have to , is that I get a distance from the hole to copper. This is not acceptabel .
Do you have an idea to make this ,so the copper is to the drillhole ,as it is when it is a pad.
I have tried to change pad in lib to the measures.. in all cases I have tried, the outer diameter can be made 12 mm but then the drill hole is not changed. andI need the drill hole because it shall be manufacturede with the drill files .
I have tried using a hole..then the drc make a 1 mm distance to the hole .and and..
I simply cant get any usefull...hope you can..

ps I have seen posts with heatingplates several time.. have not seen any using a bread toster.. the ones where you put the bread on top. could this not be used , evetually with a temperatur controller
they cost very little
