I received an email from JAMECO a few days ago with subject line "Etch
Your Own Circuit Board". The email has a link to a website demonstrating
the use of photoresist to make PCB's. Among other things, it promotes a
mini-drill and an associated drill press.
The mini-drill is JAMECO part number 26702. The drill press is JAMECO
part number 26711. About $60 for both of them.
I don't recall having seen this mini-drill/drill press discussed here
and wonder if anyone has experience with this combination? How does it
compare to the Dremel drill press? The JAMECO website says "This Mini
Drill is excellent for drilling through circuit boards and protoboards."
Any thoughts or advice out there?
Thanks.
Steve
