I use an HP LaserJet 1100 that I found at the dump with a cheap
replacement toner cartridge from eBay, and magazine paper. I got a GBC
Personal Laminator on eBay, from MyBinding.com for $25.

Proper preparation is more important than what you use, as long as you
stay away from Brother printers.
