I retrofited famous "Peach" to Peach Vario with variable distance
between rollers. I made new side walls and improved gears with
additional holders.

The vario can move 0,75mm to both directions.
I'll post some test results with higher temperature (I use 180°C, single
pass) and with TRF foil.

Bistveni del je stranica, ki je tule v DXF formatu

Takole pa izgledata obe stranici. Pozor! Potrebno je narediti 2 zrcalni.
Nekaj je bilo potrebno ukreniti tudi z zobniki, saj je plastika z malo
površino zagozde začela zdrsavati na povišani temperaturi. Zaradi tega
sem na stružnici izdelal aluminijasta adapterja.
Če koga zanima, lahko pripravim risbe. V glavnem ideja je bila, da je na
valjčkih čvrsto pritrjeno s prečno pušo (če se tako reče ???), zobnika
pa naj bi bila stisnjena z vijakom. Na strani motorja sem namesto
zagozde uporabil kar vijak. Zobnik pri motorju je stisnjen s pomočjo
malo predelanega vijaka (vsi so na imbus), tako da zasede čim manj višine:
Ker sem šele pri prvem poskusnem sestavljanju ugotovil, da sta alu
profila različna (eden ima še utor za vijake temperaturnih stikal), sem
moral slednjega malo predelati s konca, sicer ne gre v predelano stranico:

Za distančnike za motor sem uporabil kar karbonsko cevko, ker drugega
nisem imel pri roki (2 črni palčki na sredi slike):
Stvar je končno pripravljena za ponovno sestavljanje.
Tole je pa sistem "vario":
Manjkajo še vijaki za nastavljanje raazmaka. Trenutna reža je 0,5mm
širša od originalne. Gre pa za 0,75mm skupaj in narazen.
