The only thing worse than the Ivex programs was their support. All very shoddy, and very frustrating.
Did you try this site?
There they have the CD Ivex flogged as it went out of business, including some registration codes.
http://www.box.net/shared/ky83sl8o4g It says you have to download all the files into one directory before you use RAR to extract them.
Maybe it will help.
