>I still have some AQ 3000. Try to download the datasheet and follow the instructions exactly as they are. I prefer dry film photoresists, but the AQ 3000 seems very good to me. The only drawback is that you need a dip coating machine, but you can make one for yourself with dc and/or stepper motors.
