I did toner transfer with the GBC Personal laminator using temp control set at 360F and with two passes and .061 material. It is marginal because I had a small scratch left on one board. I think if you use a carrier it might not work. The total clearance seems to be .061". The 061 material is so stiff and the board seems to drop slightly going in and raises coming out creating the possible problem. I am looking into increasing the slot width on one or both sides to eliminate this possible problem. Ed

Can this laminator be used for .062in board? Any problems with doing so?
