Well I finally tried my used GBC H535 Laminator on a board a about 20 minutes ago!
Settings!
Cold/Hot=HOT
Type Material= BOARD
Temp 328 F
Speed=6
Warmup time 14 minutes
Laminator rated max material thickness 100mils
Paper used= HP Presenatation Paper Q2546A
#Passes= Ist board =6 Second =Ten passes!
Board size-4.5 x 6.5 inches
Thickness= .062 single side fiberglass Vectorboard (I had these boards in storage 10 years).
Traces mostly 25mil with some 30 an4 mil . Board has a 100 mil border ground bus!
1st attempt=6 passes 80 percent very good,20 percent no good!
2nd try =10 passes= Board 100 percent exellent ! All lettering and traces 100 pct!No pin holes in traces detected!
I think 8 or nine passes would have been just as good!
No Pad/Trace spreading detected!
all traces and pads = nice and crisp outlines
I will update the Database!
