I think the minimum is 100 sq. in. I usually use the 155 sq. in. option.
I also think production quantity starts at 1600 sq. in.
The price includes Fed Ex shipping to the U.S.
Soldermask and component side silkscreen are included.
I also make mine lead free which is a little more ($20).
