I thought they used Olimex? Olimex is located somewhere in eastern
Europe I think, not China, but then I may be wrong.
If you need whole panels it is probably better to go directly to Olimex instead.

There was also a guy in Turkey, I forgot the URL but he posted here a
good while ago. Seemed decent enough and the prices were OK.
