There`s a wherry net solution to the problem concerning getting a god
PCB.

(This tutorial is optimised for yous with a modified ink jet printer.
Not a laser.)

START.

1)Get a PCB pre manufactured with a positive or a negative surface.
2)Pre Cut the Bord in nearly the finish board size
3)Pill of the PCB`s protecting cower.
4)Putt the board in the printer and print.
5)Expose the board to UV-light.
6)Putt the board in a developer for the pos or neg coating.
7)Putt the board in the etcher owe your own chose and etch the board.

END.

Naturally you have to mace the printout to match the pos or neg
process ow your chose.
you will have a god PCB as a results, and their well be no alignment
problem.
Just cut the board at the border of the printout.

PS. I don't think that the precoating is sensitive to the ink or
print process at ole (smearing), but i have only tried it on

my printer. A HP standard printer.

Enjoy life.

PS! Feedback is wanted.
