How many do you need and how large are the pieces that you need?

I am in the SE MI area, but they are easy to ship

I can trim them to size, within reason.

Can someone suggest a source of cheap pcb blanks?

Also, how do you cut your pcbs from a bigger piece? I can mill the
outline out but it is not an easy process because I usually hold it in
a vice. If I send a 1/32 end mill through it then it starts to flop
around in the middle and I don't get a clean cut unless I think of a
better clamping method. Maybe a vertical band saw would work best but
I'm wondering what you guys use out there. A small chop saw seems
like it would work too.

Thanks.
Henry
