Hi,
i live in israel, and i need to make quite a few pcbs in the near
time. i have made quite a few pcbs in my life (around the number of
fifty) always using toner transfer methods ...
here in israel we do not have a very large varaiety of glossy paper.
i tried every glossy paper i could find (the best was office depot's
regular glossy paper)(i cant get staples here and i hear ppl are
swearing by it ...) after reading here that i might get lucky if i
use ordinary glossy magazine paper i tried that also.
however, no luck, i do not get very good results with the glossy
paper method:
a) toner does not always stick to the copper board.
b) peeling time is extra ordinarily long.
c) i get to know toner didnt stick right to the copper board only
after extra ordinarily long time :)
i need to stabilze the process.
what can i do to improove my technique ?
is there a way to hasten the process ?
is there a way to use toner transfer and get better results EVERY
time?
