I most often use 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 1 and 1.2 diameters

The 0.4 and 0.6 ones are mostly for vias. So, unless you intend to
create double or multilayer PCB's those small ones are not needed. It
of course may also depends on the method of how you do your through
hole connection.

I don't recomend to buy the circular saw cause there is not too much
space inside the proxxon saw to create an adapter. I agree that it CAN
be done, but question is if it's really worth it. The adapter should
be made of steel and createing one would take ~2 to 3 hours of work. I
then would prefer to buy a regular blade. Besides, such official
blades also pop up on e-bay every now and then.
