It's just called a 'flexible PCB', you will find several suppliers with
Google. Development is expensive, and you need large quantities to get them
at a reasonable price. They should be able to advise on current-carrying
capacity; it's probably different from normal PCB material because of the
different thermal characteristics of the substrate.
