Ive been using this laminator, I think it works great, I have managed
to get traces down to 0.008" (they tend to get a little thicker with
the paper Im using) with a clearance of .01". I set it on temp 5 and
pass the board 3 times.
Then I lower the temp to 2 and apply the green foil (2 passes).
The only problem is that if you plan to use 1/16" thick copper clads,
you have to help them pass through. 1/32" cooper clads work great,
which, for what Ive seen is not a problem if you live in the states
because they are just about the same price, or at least thats what
digikey says. (I have to work mostly with 1/16 because, where I live
they are really cheap and they are the only ones available)
Hope this helps
regards
