Actually, yes.

I used some 600 grit wet/dry sandpaper to clean the board after I'd already
used a brillo soap pad, then rubbed down the board with rubbing alcohol. I
also humidified the Pulsar paper prior to running it through the laser
printer.

The smaller board was noticeably hotter to handle.
