As the original poster, I simply used a hair dryer very close to the durace
of the pvb to "fast fuse" the toner.
Yes it works with the sponge method.
I've also had success with running the pcb through the laminator ( or
ironing) a seconf time using the release paper form labels. The idea is to
create a flatter surface and close up any pinholes.
Stay away from the solventss, there are verry messy and potentially
dangerous.
