Hello tony I actually have the file in pdf. Kinda weird when i print the file in eagle it is the right size. when I change it to pdf is reduces it a little.I played with the laser printer some more, used National Geographic pages and they printed o.k. Ironed them and some of the toner let loose when removing the paper. Feeling better was at least able to get some transfer. Work in progress I guess. Just very frustrating. Thanks Guys

Not LaserJET (inkjet).. Is this where your problem is??
I cannot read EagleCAD drawings. Can U convert to pdf??
Or is there a "reader version" of EagleCAD. If U can get it
in a file format that Staples can read, U can probably have them
do the TonerTransfer for U, since U say U are using photo paper
actually FROM Staples....(?) PM me if U need more info.
Hope this helps.... afn tone
