It might be easier to burn a CD from it, then mount the CD.
Anyway, the magic command, as root, is:
mount -o loop /dev/cdrom /media/cdrom
(where /dev/cdrom might be /dev/dvd, and /media/cdrom can be any
pre-existing empty directory)
To become root, type "su" in a terminal window.
