I find that just plain 600 grit aluminum oxide sandpaper takes the toner off just fine. Then a quick rub with a nylon abrasive pad takes out the scratches if you don't like them. If you drill the boards before taking off the toner it makes it easier to se the hole center, then sandpaper smoothes out the burs around the holes as well. I also just use a nylon abrasive pad to clean the board before doing the toner transfer, no need to clean it with any chemicals. The transfers and etch come out just fine. I think most of the processes that are described on this board are overkill! K.I.S.S.
