Hi All,
I am new around here and new to the filed of etching. Though I have tried things with toner transfer and it has worked but I couldn't get rid of pin holes that appear because toner not getting fully transfered. I have tried Toner Transfer thro' Acetate/ Laser Transperancies.
Now, I want to try this with Dupont Riston Plate Master Dry Film. Has anybody used this dry film for making PCB at home?
Are all dry films require same processing? Any experiences, suggestions.
I have gone thro' Dupont datasheet for the film, but since I am not very techie, I didn't understood some stuff, so if anybody has tried, experience will be of great help. (
http://www2.dupont.com/Imaging_Materials/en_US/assets/downloads/datasheets/pm200.pdf)I have found good article about "How to laminate dry film photoresist". (
http://www.megauk.com/datasheets/5180_Data_Sheet_Dry_Film_Photoresist_(How_to_Laminate).pdf)
But not sure if it will be same for Dupont Riston. What about exposure, that will also be same as any other dry film. How much power UV light source is required?
Thanks Steve for allowing me to join the group.
