I do use a paper cutter for my FR4 boards. Buy at least a 12 inch so
you have some leverage with the long handle. Even then cutting more
than about 8 inches is tough. Do not buy one of those plastic ones.
Buy one with the heavy cast iron blade arm and base. The plastic ones
bend dramaticaly on 1/16 board. You can cut the 1/32 board with a
good pair of scissors or sheetmetal cutter, and cuts beautifuly on a
paper cutter.
