You are so right Leon!

One trick is to purchase one of those great big
aluminum stew pots like the professional chefs
use. You mount your turntable or spinning device
in the bottom of the stew pot and the walls will
prevent the resist from spewing out all over
everything when the spinner gets wound up.

I've seen some of these pots that are about 16 inches
in diameter and 12 to 18 to 24 inches deep. They only cost
a few bucks in those "Dollar-Rama" "Penny Saver" type stores
and they make good (cheap) spray chambers as above.
