Ok, check out this idea - see if anyone can shoot holes in it.

A hot-glue gun is basically an extruder. For certain that will work as
a resist. But regular hot-glue guns are are far too big to use for
pcb.

What if extruding the hot-glue thru a medical syringe needle?
