The HCl (Spirits of Salts) I use is packaged by Blanchards in red plastic bottles. I also use their NaOH, sold as caustic soda. There are two shops not far from where I live that sell both items. Blanchards seems to be quite well-known, as they feature on local government poisons lists for both items:
