spraying will work.
also if the laquer is sold in bottles (not pressurized) spraying gives uniform layer.
if making small quantities use pressurized cans sold to use as they are.
be aware of dust, keep for drying in box to prevent dust from settling down. maybe put in box and spray
in there, then put lid on.
have no idea how the film works.
