I don't know if it helps any but SheetCam <www.sheetcam.com> will
convert DXF to HPGL. It is probably a bit overkill for the job but it
will work. Make sure you select the HPGL post processor. If you want to
experiment, go to the registration page and request a free 30 day
evaluation license.
