Subject: Help converting a PCB Netlist from Circuit Maker 2000 Pro to a more useful route

I need help converting a schematic from Circuit Maker 2000 Pro, a copy
from a former university, to a FREE PCB CAD Designer. I don't want to
use the TraxMaker CM2000Pro it comes with because its router is
horable and it doesnt have many options to the end-user. Circuit Maker
2000 Pro only has these few export options:

∗ TraxMaker
∗ Protel
∗ Tango
∗ Orcad PCB I
∗ PADS
∗ CadNetix
∗ Calay
∗ Calay 90

What are the PCB CAD systems, free, that support these formats. I know
Eagle CAD is REAL popular, but I think it has a very small pin limit
for the free version. I have around 130 pins, CircuitMaker doesnt
count them. Any recommendations. It would be great to hear from some
people who have experience with CM2000Pro.
