Subject: Re: [Homebrew_PCBs] Sani Flush - is it lye (sodium hydroxide)?

NaOH can be obtained as pcb developer i think? quite cheap with correct recepie for pcb on label and in
small granulate which is very handy.
maybe go to the electronics shop and get it, i payd ~3usd for a jar in drinking glass size at the
electronics shop where chemicals are normally rather expensive.
it is called "etching natron" here, straightforward word to word translation.

here in austria it is no problem to get this. you wan't be asked anything but maybe friendly for what
you may use it, and if you say as a developer its no problem at all.. but they won't ask..
maybe it's different in the us but i really think anybody should be allowed to buy NaOH.. Even if this
stupid guys call the police, what's the problem, you have a suitable reason for buying it, i don't think
pcb making is illegal in your state?
