You can get a similar product here, different brand and 24% i think.
I don't know how much a gallon is but for me it worked out that the H2O2
sold as such from the chemicals shop was well cheaper than the pool stuff,
also sold in the same shop, even disregarding the different concentration.

But if you have no access to a chemicals shop it is probably a better way
to go than the haircare store stuff (not even considering that it is much
nicer to go shopping in shops with pool chemicals than in shops with
beauty products).
