Subject: Please do NOT start a new thread by hitting REPLY

From: "Steve" <alienrelics@...>

This is an example of what happens when you use an old message and hit
"reply":

<http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Homebrew_PCBs/message/13935?threaded=1&var=1>

Even changing the subject line completely and erasing the old message,
there are parameters in the header that Yahoogroups uses to decide
which thread it belongs in.

It is simple enough in -any- email program or web-based email to
simply save the email address with a nickname so you don't have to
type in the entire email address each time.

This is even more important with the changes that Yahoogroups have
made lately. Threading is much easier to follow, the search engine is
much better.

But using an old message to start a new thread seriously screws this up.
