Wow... according to the MSDS, this one is only 1 to 5% ammonia, if I'm
interpreting this correctly:

1 part 1 to 5% ammonia
4 parts 50% isopropyl
5 parts water
So... do the math.
It isn't incredibly critical, however if you use 1 part out of 10,
that is still about as strong as my undiluted household ammonia.
