My point exactly. Along your lines, I can print 5mil
very well udinh my 600dpi laser, but it's badly
smudged after the transfer.

Would getting a 1200dpi help (perhaps the edges would
be clearer) ?

The crucial point in TT is the paper. The paper will
make or break the whole process. But even with good
laser sheets, 8/8 has NEVER worked for me @ 600dpi

Perhaps the edges were not that good.

What I am interested in is whether you guys think if a
1200 dpi laser would be more than adequate for the 8/8
boards.
