It appears that 146411 makes a 2.5mm counterbore hole,
while 146413 makes a 3.5mm counterbore pad.
Unfortunately, 146411 availability is "no longer manufactured" and
146413 availability is "out of stock", so I wouldn't be too optimistic.
Farnell give the manufacturer as ELDON ENGINEERING but their
site

perhaps they were just importers/agents.
Googling PCB1 2.5 or PCB3 PAD 3.5 turns up something,
so they may still be available, good luck.
