Subject: Concave Iron

Just for grins I tried magazine paper from Model Aviation to see the
results. It transfered nicely to an unpreped board. A cleaned board
would be even better. Still want to try Time magazine paper.
Also for grins I placed a straight edge across my iron and found it
was very concave. Maybe .060" out of flat. That makes it very hard
to press evenly on a flat board. I was dragging it across the paper
to get the best pressure on the toner for transfer. So I'm off
looking for a flat travel iron. If I had room I'd try Bill's pre-
heating technique and a laminator.
Next I have to see about paper stretch, since I can cnc the holes.
Thanks for all the great tips gents.
