Well, I couldn't find the post to reply to that I read in my email
digest, but I've found that the thinner PCB stock is ok for two-sided
boards, and depending how it's going to be mounted, single-sided
boards. A .031 single-sided board that is foil-filled tends to curl a
bit, at least one that had copper on both sides to begin with.
