All fine detailed printouts should be handled with care. I wear cotton
gloves when I need to handle the film aggressively. A big problem is
dust and particle contamination, especially when the film has some
static charge. I take an unused very clean paint brush and prior to
exposure I wipe down surfaces of the vacuum frame glass, photoresist,
and photomask.
