Which Minicraft thing do you mean? The
Proxxon 28510 Micromot Drill 50/E ? It is a 40W machine. I'd
prefer the 100W IB/E (even pricier). I don't understand why these
tools come with six different sized collets. I guess a collet is
nothing like a drill chuck. Maybe somebody can explain it to me. I
guess these rotary tools are all based on the same motor controller.
They all say 5000 to 20000 rpm. Maybe the same motor too.
I am thinking I might build a levered and counterweighted "drill
press" as Stefan did.
