I've found that gmail does a pretty good job of keeping the related
messages together. If anybody wants an invite, let me know.
gmail also does a good job of hiding quoted text (but you can still
make it visible) when you get multiple replies.
And by setting my preference (on the Yahoo group) to not convert HTML
to text, I don't have to put up with the ads either (at least not for
most of the emails).
