Chris: MY two-bits: The only reason to MILL the pattern on a PC-board
would be if you ALREADY have the machinery and patience, etc., AND need ONE of a
given pattern "RIGHT NOW", and are absolutely CERTAIN you'd never need
"artwork" of that circuit, again.

Otherwise, traditional film, photosensitization, chem.-etching is the ONLY
way to go!

Me, for "one-offs", I use the "pressure-transfer" patterns by Datak (or even
Tandy!)!
