That's funny, I just grabbed the same thing locally for transfers.
I've been fighting with a couple panel transfers on metal, so I
haven't had a decent chance to compare it to my previous one (Sharp
FO-2850). Good to see others have it as well.

The Sharp did good transfers, but I broke a roller in it with a
cleaning sheet and couldn't trust the feeds afterward, plus the
drivers stop at 98SE.

I'm not sure what toner is in this 6L, but I'll probably look for the
aforementioned generic when the time comes. I would have gone with HP
toner, as Tom Gootee (with the PCB toner site) recommended it over a
third party cartridge he tried. I'm also going to grab that HP feed
fix. This one definitely has that bug.

PS- I've recently attached a smooth eighth inch aluminum plate to my
iron with JB Weld adhesive. It seems to make a noticeable difference
and gets a more uniform transfer, as well as taking care of the
problem with the steam hole voids. It hasn't been on there long, but
it looks promising.
