Jan and the group,
When cutting FR-4 laminate you should consider using a diamond blade
bandsaw like the ones for stained glass cutting. They work great.
Harbor Freight was selling a small (about 9") diamond band saw for
around $150. This was about two months ago and I don't know if they
still carry them. I have also used a diamond blade in a circular saw
to cut big sheets down to size. A carbide blade works good for this
as well. It seems like I saw diamond jig saw blades selling somewhere
and that would work good also.
