I have indeed (gimp for windows), but it was also terribly slow. I dunno what it is with new software, i dunno what they do, but it is just REALLY slow, doing the same things.
Maybe there'd be a older version of gimp for windows, but if i remember correctly it wasn't ported for windows all that long ago.
