Two things need to be mentioned:

1. Ballendo's machine is an idea, only an idea. That idea started 1.5
year ago and last release date was August 2004. After nothing
happened since 2004 I thought that that idea gracefully died and I
have not mentioned it out of respect for Ballendo's technical
knowledge of CNC and how helpful he is. However, since Ballendo
mentioned that machine again as the next coming, I felt compelleld to
inform the unwary public that based on the track record (of that
machine of course ;) I suggest that you people who want their PCBs
drilled under CNC control, do not wait for it because you will get
disappointeed like I did. I have waited for a year and nothing
happened but that motivated me to seek alternate solutions: now I
drill my PCBs automatically, so to speak. And for that I am thankful
to Ballendo.

2. Brute from www.kleinbauer.com is the real machine built by 100s if
not more. Lots of pictures are on that website. It is a real machine
that is well documented and with superior, I repeat, SUPERIOR
support. Frankly, John, I think you are doing an amazing job of
helping customers around the world to build their machines.

Anybody who has money, I suggest go to T-tech or LPKF and buy one
($15,000?). And you still will have to learn how to run it, possibly
freom John... The rest of the mortals, please go to
www.kleinbauer.com and do not delay your dream of heaving your PCBs
drilled by a computer. No need for getting blind either while
squinting thru funnyu magnifying glasses over 200 hundred holes.. Mike
