dunno where they are sold, you can grind one.
Take a broken drill, grind the end flat to maybe 2mm or so, and grind out
a center pin and cutting points on the sides, like a old fashioned wood
drill without the cutting face on the front. Round that off so you don't
drill the pad away if you don't set the stop correctly.

I've also seen people use small tubes, and file teeth on them.
